A Castle with Issues

So, we are studying "England after the Conquest". It's fantastic.

We memorized a poem by Kipling. We did castle mazes all the way to California and back. We ate with our hands at Medieval Times, and cheered on our dear knight, who turned out to be the evil villain in the end. Might have had a few confusing moments morally speaking, for the boys in there. We later battled evil on our own with nothing but a foam sword and shield, and rescued the fair captive princess (Hallie).

We built a castle out of rice crispies. It might have had a little ED. I hear they have a pill for that, now. We chose delicious (gooey) over structurally sound on this one. We made coin purses. We butchered our own chicken and bartered at market, well, no, not really. Still, this is fun stuff, folks.

Trust me, it tasted better than it looked, and that is what is important. It looks better from a distance. Then again, so do I. Back up, please, Rob.

You know what I don't want to hear anymore..."I'm not creative, I wish you could homeschool my kids....blah blah blah." No more my sister, no more!
