If your mommy is having a hard day, let's just say hypothetically. Like, let's say the toddler has been into constant trouble, she is really big pregnant, tired and emotional. Let's say school is just not going fantastically well, and she is trying to figure out still what is for dinner late in the afternoon.
Just sneak up on her, and say I love you. Just I love you. Maybe in a different language, like the language of lego, perhaps. If you need hints, here is one idea. Don't feel like you have to get it the first time, this boy is an expert in this love language.
