The mighty hunter returns

(Rob has taken over Jenny's blog for a few minutes... regular programming will resume after this short break)

Today Jon went with Rob to do some deer hunting. In West Virginia there is a one-day "youth season" during which kids can do some hunting without worrying about a million other hunters in the woods. After lots of waiting, some sitting in the rain, and learning a bit about patience, Jon was rewarded with this little first-year deer. He's not very big, but he should be quite tasty.

To say the least, Jon was quite proud of his accomplishment (and so was Dad).
