These are my protectors. They are strong and mighty.
They are fending off the evil Romans, who conquered our land. Have no fear, they will soon defeat them.
They wear woolen cloaks to keep them warm in the cold, damp climate that they inhabit.
They use double headed axes for battle, which they, of course, forge themselves. . . out of tinfoil. . . .
They paint their faces and bodies blue and swirlie. . . because it's so cool!
Hear them roar!
For dinner they had Celtic pie. It's a lot like shepherd's pie, but more Celt-ey, if you get my drift.

How very Celtic-y of all of you. How does Gracen manage to look fierce and oh-so-girlie at the same time?? You're all so blue-hoo-hoo, blue-hoo-hoo, blue-hoo-hoo-hoo! Ah, protectors are the BEST!
Haha! I thought the same thing about Gracen! She is so pretty! Just like her mom. ;) Actually, the main thought running through my head was "I hope I never bump into Jonathan or Sam in a dark alley!" ;) Really. Jonathan looks positively scary.
WOW! That is great homeschool stuff right there! Gracen looks just like you in that picture!
